Whether you found me through a google search or were referred by a friend, I'm so excited that you've considered me to capture your precious memories! After I receive your first inquiry, you can expect a response from me within 48 hours. In our e-mails I will get to know you a little bit and hopefully answer any questions you have!
first CONTACT
When you're ready to book and once we find a date and time that works best for your session, I will require a 50% deposit. I will send you an invoice and the invoice payment is due within two business days in order to secure your session date and time. Payments can be made online directly through the invoice link or via Venmo/Paypal.

About one week prior to your session I will touch base to confirm your session and also to send you some material that will help you prepare! I have found that if you know what to expect with our session and are prepared, it makes things so much easier on us both. If you need help with outfits or styling, I have resources to make it a breeze and will also be starting a client closet in 2021!

I will meet you at your desired location and we will spend time playing around to capture your life candidly. I will provide poses and prompts to make it all mindless and fun! I try my best to help your kiddos warm up to me by making them laugh and even showing them some of the images! My biggest desire is for your session to be a stress-free experience!
your session day
You can expect to receive your gallery 10-14 days after your session. (Galleries can be expedited - check out my FAQ section!) Once you receive your gallery, you have full rights to them which means you can print or share them to your heart's content. If you're looking for a higher quality printing option at a good price, you can even order your prints directly from the gallery site!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY SESSION PRICE?
+ Photographer's time and talent (usually between 45-90 minutes)
+ 70+ high-resolution digital images in an online gallery
+ Print release (once you receive your gallery they are all yours to print & share!)
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
My best advice is to wear what you feel most beautiful and comfortable in! Neutral/earthy tones and solids always photograph beautifully. Wild patterns or very thin stripes can end up looking distracting in photos BUT, not always. If you need a little help with what to where I am more than happy to make suggestions or to provide some style boards to give you an idea of what outfits will look good together. What you wear has a big impact on the style of your photos!
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTED PRICING ON SESSION BUNDLES?
Yes! Any two or more sessions booked together will receive a 10% discount. Payment must be paid in full to receive discount.
DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER DISCOUNTS?
Yes! Adoption is near to my heart and is the reason I started my business! If you have recently adopted or are pursuing adoption please be sure to let me know and I will be happy to reduce your session price by $50.
DO YOU OFFER MINI SESSIONS?
Yes! I offer mini sessions in October and November each year. I have an increase in demand at certain times of the year, with fall being the most popular! Mini sessions help me accommodate more families since the sessions are shorter and booked one after another. Fall minis sell out very quickly! Be sure to watch for website or Instagram updates in the fall if you are interested!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Typical gallery turnaround is between 2-3 weeks.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RECIEVE MY GALLERY SOONER?
Expedited gallery delivery (2 days) is an additional $75. Please let me know you would like this prior to final payment.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Session are non-refundable if cancelled. Deposits can be used towards future sessions with me if rescheduled within the same calendar year. Deposits are forfeited if cancelled without plans to reschedule.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes! A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your session date/time. Final Payment is due one day prior to your session. Photos will not be delivered until final payment is made.
WHAT IS YOUR RAIN POLICY?
I will check the weather four hours before the our session is scheduled to begin. If there is more than a 50% chance of rain anywhere in the forecast during our session time, we will plan to reschedule. I leave plenty of dates available in my schedule for rain delays! I've never had trouble finding a date to reschedule.
WHAT DOES IT MEANT TO BE A NATURAL LIGHT PHOTOGRAPHER?
This means that the only source of light that I use for my style of photography is the sun. I do not use external lighting or flashes to bring in more light where there isn't enough. If you are planning for an in-home session, we will try to schedule for a time where your home has the most natural light.
DO YOU HAVE A STUDIO?
I do not currently use a studio. Sessions are either in-home or outside!
IS MY PET ALLOWED TO JOIN MY SESSION?
Of course! Fur-babies welcome! Just please let me know ahead of time so that I can plan your session accordingly.
ARE MONOCROME IMAGES INCLUDED IN MY SESSION PRICE?
No, but they can be added on! Monochrome images can be added to your gallery for an additional fee of $50. Just please let me know that this is something you would like prior to your final payment.
DO YOU HAVE & USE PROPS?
I do have some props that I use for newborn sessions such as baskets, swaddles, blankets, texturing items, bows, etc. Sessions with me are typically lifestyle sessions to capture you candidly. If you have certain props or poses that mean something to you, feel free to let me know beforehand so I can plan accordingly.
HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
I try to stay in Indianapolis and the surrounding cities. However, I will consider travel for an additional fee. There are no travel fees if session location is less than 35 miles of my home address in Fishers, IN. An additional $50 will be charged for every 15 miles outside of my travel radius.
